Our shipping schedule is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the preferred delivery method that you specify. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post, as requested. Larger quantities and items are shipped by freight carrier and delivered to the curbside in front of the residence of delivery. If you are shipping products to an address other than the billing address, you can change or add a shipping address from the "My Account" link in the menu at the top of the page. If you are an existing customer, while checking out, you will be able to edit and update your shipping, billing and other account information before completing your order. You can ship to multiple addresses by placing separate orders for each address. TorontoCabinetsDirect.ca currently offers shipping in Canada only, with the exception of a few limited geographic areas within Canada.

For items that require special handling, we can contract a freight company to unpack, inspect, and set up your merchandise in the room of your choice. They will also remove all packaging materials: Please call us at 1-866-694-1755 regarding price and availability.
ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT CARRIER [Back to Top]
In the presence of the delivery driver, inspect your package and contents for damage. If there is any damage, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.

If there is any damage, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage; otherwise you agree that the merchandise is your property. If the damage is severe, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 1-866-694-1755.
